How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
Minimum 48 hours advance notice needed to arrange a vehicle to suit your needs.
What are the pick-up times for your vehicles?
During our opening hours and can be arranged to suit a time best for you.
Extra fees
All our vehicles have a 20,000 miles pro rata cap on them should you exceed this amount there is a additional miles fee of £0.35 per mile.
Deposit
Deposit for vehicles are as below
Age 23-25 £750
Age 25+ £600
Deposit 50% returned once vehicle has been inspected for any damages remainder 50% is released after 28 working days providing no fines or other authority costs are not due on the vehicle.
Vehicle return policy
At the end of your hire the vehicle needs to be returned to us where it was originally collected from. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was hired to yourself and with a full tank of fuel or fuel usage and damage charges will apply.
Failure to return the vehicle at the end of your hire or upon termination of hire from us you will still be billed for daily rental charges for the vehicle set out in your hire agreement. If we have to recover the vehicle from you due to failure to return or a non payment recovery charges apply.
Early termination of hire
If you wish to terminate the vehicle hire agreement before the end of the hire agreement or we terminate due to whatever reason then the following applies.
We operate a 14 day off hire notice which means you will be charged for 14 days or remainder of the agreement whichever is less. All off hire notices needs to be emailed to our dedicated off hire team on offhire@jsrentals.co.uk
